Curse

Greetings,

I just recently created a necro/monk. Everything was going smoothly until today.

I levelled up to lvl7 and noticed the game only gave me 5 attrib points, instead of the normal 30. I went into the skills tab and took away all the attrib points added to any skill set and it now shows me that I only have 30 attrib points total. By my count, I should have 90.

Anyone have any suggestions as to what I should do? Just delete and start over? Or would emailing GW support be helpful?

Oh I should also add that my 3 other characters are fine. Nothing is missing, all points are there, etc, etc.

30 is correct you get 5 points per level from 2-10, 10 points per level from 11-15, and 15 points per level from 16-20.

so level 2 = 5 points 5 total
3 = 5 more 10 total
4 = 5 more 15 total
5 = 5 more 20 total
6 = 5 more 25 total
7 = 5 more 30 total
8 = 5 more 35 total
9 = 5 more 40 total
10 = 5 more 45 total
11 = 10 more 55 total
12 = 10 more 65 total
13 = 10 more 75 total
14 = 10 more 85 total
15 = 10 more 95 total
16 = 15 more 110 total
17 = 15 more 125 total
18 = 15 more 140 total
19 = 15 more 155 total
20 = 15 more 170 total

and there are 2 quests that give 15 points each for a total of 200

Uh, frankly I don't know how much you get per level exactly, but I think the higher the level the more you get? Level up to the next level and see? As if that is right you would have WAY more attribute points. As 90/7=12, 12x20=240 but there is only a max of 200 points, AFTER the two 15 attribute point quests.

Uhhhh .. *iz ashamed* Wow. Been playing a year and I didnt know that. For some reason, I was under the impression that it was 15 per level starting from 1. I never noticed it any other way with any of my other characters.

Id like to thank you for the answer to my retarded question.
